I work in a very tall office building in the Akasaka area of Tokyo. My desk, on the 30th floor, is on the western side of the building. This means I can see Mount Fuji very clearly. During Autumn, the sunsets are simply stunning and I get a grandstand view. I keep a small Canon S90 point and shoot on my desk in case I have a few minutes to spare. The camera is a pain, so I need to fiddle with the manual focus to try and mitigate the effects of the thick glass windows. The results are a little hit and miss. Here is a selection….
